Search & Selection Process
We specialise in headhunting scarce skills, senior and executive candidates in the niche areas of Engineering, Finance, Information Technology and FMCG. We employ a structured and objective process to assess the knowledge, skills, experience and attitudinal suitability of the candidate. We follow a 6-step process:
- In-depth ‘face-to-face’ interview with client so assess business needs, company culture and philosophy, and special requirements.
- Headhunting the best candidates as they are usually already employed – but we know just where to find these achievers.
- Superior interviewing methodologies that is rigorous and objective to assess the above mentioned candidate traits.
- Candidate counseling in terms of market related salaries, interview etiquette and company information.
